Experience means we can provide suggestions and ideas as to what is possible, advise on aspects that you may not have considered, explaining the potential benefits to you and your family.
The whole process is designed to make your experience as smooth, pleasant, and efficient as possible. We begin the journey with a consultation meeting, conducted initially, either at our showroom, your property, or building site. When visiting our showroom you can experience our smart home systems experience including home control systems, smart lighting, security, and multiroom audio. we also have two demonstration rooms, one being a dedicated theater, the other a modern media room.
Throughout the process, we will ask you various questions, make suggestions and demonstrate alternative solutions, all of which will help us to establish your exact needs and requirements to provide you with the smart home system you desire.
Once we have established an overall understanding of your budget and requirements, we produce a proposal tailored to your home and requirements.

Martins Hi-Fi invests in engineer training and they will be with you every step of the way. CEDIA trained and accredited means you are guaranteed a level of service and standard which we pride ourselves on.
Your aftercare must always be on this level. Aftercare starts the day we sign the system over and includes training you and your family how to get the most out of your investment.
