Every project at Martins Hi-Fi starts with a conversation. We want to understand how you live, how you want to use the space, and what you're actually trying to achieve — not just what kit you think you might need. From that conversation, we build a design that's specific to your home, your family, and your budget.
We handle the full scope. Networks and infrastructure, wired and wireless connectivity, AV, smart lighting, home control systems — all of it is planned from the outset so everything works together cleanly, rather than being bolted together as an afterthought. Whether we're designing a dedicated home cinema in a Norfolk farmhouse, a smart home installation in a new build on the Suffolk coast, or a bespoke AV system for a period property in Norwich, the process is the same: meticulous planning before anyone picks up a drill.
Our installation team are CEDIA-accredited. Our two demonstration rooms in our Norwich showroom — including The Snug, our dedicated home cinema room — are there for you to see and hear the difference that standard of work makes before you commit to anything.
The installation is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.
Systems need to keep working. Technology updates. Things change. The way your family uses a system two years after installation is different from how you imagined it on day one. We factor all of that in.
Every installation includes a proper handover — time with our engineers to walk through every feature of your system, make sure everyone in the household is comfortable with it, and answer every question. All call-outs in the first year are included as part of your installation, and we offer ongoing maintenance, software updates, and servicing packages beyond that.
We've been doing this across East Anglia since 1968. The clients we installed for years ago are still clients. That's not an accident.
Martins Hi-Fi invests in engineer training and your engineer will be with you every step of the way. CEDIA trained and accredited means you are guaranteed a level of service and standard which we pride ourselves on.
Your aftercare must always be on this level. Aftercare starts the day we sign the system over and includes training you and your family to get the most out of your investment.
We have developed our service standards over the last 20 years to ensure you are always able to trust us and trust our work.
Each development, home, or room is unique, and as such your aftercare is too.
