Job Opportunity: Hi-Fi Sales Specialist (Full Time) – Norwich Showroom

Martins Hi-Fi, East Anglia’s leading destination for high-end audio, home cinema, and custom installation, we’re looking for a passionate new team member to join our Norwich showroom.

About the Role

We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes music, audio, and hi-fi. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to turn their passion into a career within a premium retail environment.

As part of our showroom team, you’ll be helping customers discover exceptional audio systems, guiding them through demonstrations, and supporting them in choosing products that deliver unforgettable listening experiences.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of sales experience — your passion matters most.
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Deeply passionate about music, audio, and high-fidelity equipment
• Confident and engaging with all types of customers, from casual listeners to audiophiles
• Keen to learn, curious, and eager to develop expertise in high-end audio
• Approachable, friendly, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
• Motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service
• Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and offer knowledgeable, personalised guidance
• Demonstrate hi-fi systems, speakers, turntables, and more
• Assist in creating memorable listening sessions in our specialist demo rooms
• Support customers throughout the buying process
• Help maintain a professional and inspiring showroom environment
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team
